1. Terms of Service
Agreement to Terms. By accessing renewbiolab.com (the "Site") or purchasing from Renew BioLab ("Renew BioLab," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.
Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified researcher, professional, or institution acquiring products for lawful purposes and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Products; Research Use Only. Certain products, including research peptides, are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Nutritional supplements are intended only as described on their labels. Our Research & Dietary Use Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
No Medical Claims. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, and we make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any particular use. Consult a qualified professional before making health-related decisions.
Customer Responsibilities. You are solely responsible for the lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of products and for compliance with all federal, state, local, and institutional rules. You agree not to resell, relabel, or misuse products or represent them for human or animal consumption.
Orders and Acceptance. All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order (including for suspected resale, fraud, or non-compliant use) at our discretion. Prices, availability, and descriptions may change without notice, and we are not liable for typographical errors.
Pricing and Payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include card, ACH / e-check, and peer-to-peer methods. For manual payment methods, your order is reserved and ships only after we confirm payment. You authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping.
Discounts, Referrals, and Store Credit. Promotional codes, referral rewards, store credit, and volume or subscription discounts are subject to the terms shown at the time of the offer, may not be combined except as stated, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Referral rewards and store credit have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Subscriptions. If you enroll in a subscription or auto-reorder, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before your next order through your account or by contacting us.
Shipping. We ship within the United States only [unless otherwise stated]. Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. See our Refund & Return Policy for lost or damaged shipments.
Intellectual Property. All Site content — including logos, text, images, and product artwork — is owned by or licensed to Renew BioLab and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Prohibited Conduct. You may not use the Site unlawfully, misrepresent your eligibility or intended use, interfere with the Site's security or operation, or purchase products for prohibited resale or consumption.
Disclaimer of Warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renew BioLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any misuse of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renew BioLab and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use, handling, or misuse of products or your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Disputes. These Terms, the relationship between the parties, and any disputes arising from the purchase or distribution of products shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms that is deemed excluded from the mandatory arbitration provisions of this agreement must be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the City and County of Denver, Colorado. You hereby irrevocably submit and waive any objection to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration. You and Renew BioLab agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or the purchase, handling, or laboratory testing of any products (including peptides sold strictly for research use) shall be settled exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. **YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE IN A COURT OF LAW.**
Class Action Waiver. **YOU AND THE RENEW BIOLAB AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.** Further, unless both you and the Renew BioLab agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this specific Class Action Waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section shall be null and void.
Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.

2. Refund & Return Policy (All Sales Final)
All Sales Final. Because our products include research chemicals and consumable goods whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds except in the limited circumstances below.
No Returns on Delivered Items. For safety and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept the return of any product once it has been delivered, and we cannot resell returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@renewbiolab.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If we verify the issue, we will, at our option, replace the item or issue a refund or store credit.
Lost or Non-Delivered Shipments. If tracking shows your package was not delivered, contact us within 15 days of the ship date so we can open a carrier investigation. Available remedies depend on the carrier's findings. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier or for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Order Cancellations. You may request cancellation by emailing support@renewbiolab.com before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, or, for manual / peer-to-peer payments, once it has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Method and Timing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit where applicable, within 5–10 business days of approval. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Non-refundable third-party fees may be deducted where permitted by law.
Chargebacks. Please contact us to resolve any concern before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are unwarranted.

3. Privacy Policy
Introduction. This Privacy Policy explains how Renew BioLab collects, uses, and shares information when you visit renewbiolab.com or purchase from us.
Information We Collect. Information you provide (name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, order details, and researcher or organization information); payment information (card and bank details, which are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card or bank-account numbers on our servers, and information collected automatically (device and browser data, IP address, and usage data via cookies and similar technologies, including limited data stored in your browser such as cart, store-credit, and referral information).
How We Use Information. To process, fulfill, and ship orders; to communicate with you about orders and support; to operate promotions, referrals, and subscriptions; to prevent fraud and comply with law; and, with your consent, to send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
How We Share Information. With service providers that help us operate (payment processors, shipping carriers, email, analytics, and fraud-prevention tools); to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights; and in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Research & Dietary Use Disclaimer
Research Peptides — Research Use Only. Products designated "Research Use Only," including peptides, are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research by qualified professionals. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any use in humans or animals. Any introduction into the body of humans or animals is strictly prohibited.
Dietary Supplements. Products offered as dietary supplements are intended to be used only as directed on their labels. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Buyer Responsibility.
